What the website collects
The online enquiry form is not currently operating, so this website does not collect form submissions. If you contact me by phone or email, your information is handled through the communication service you choose.
Why it is collected
Contact information is used to respond to your enquiry and understand what you are planning. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts this website. Direct phone and email enquiries are processed by the communication providers used by you and Married by Mark.
Payments and availability
This website does not accept payments, reserve ceremony dates or connect to a calendar. Any availability check, service agreement and payment arrangement happens after Mark responds to your enquiry.
Retention and access
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the agreed service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask to access or correct your information by emailing marriedbymark@yahoo.com.
